Rules for using OLAI’s information and comparison platform.

By using the site you acknowledge these terms. If you disagree, do not submit forms.
1. Platform role
OLAI structures information, provides comparison tools and may route an enquiry with consent. OLAI does not issue loans, accept deposits, provide pawnshop services, make lender decisions or guarantee approval.
Calculations are estimates. Current rates, APRC, fees, insurance, limits and eligibility are determined only by the organisation’s official offer and agreement.
2. User duties
Provide accurate information belonging to you, do not submit another person’s contact without permission, and do not use automation, spam or security interference. Never enter OTP, PIN or secret card data.
3. Enquiry routing
Submitting a form is not a contract or approval. It may be routed to the selected or suitable partner; verification, offer, rejection and agreement remain the organisation’s responsibility.
4. Advertising and partnerships
Some links and placements may be sponsored or partner content and are labelled where possible. OLAI may receive a placement, click or lead fee. Users must still verify official terms.
5. Accuracy
Product terms change. OLAI aims to show sources and review dates but cannot guarantee continuous availability or perfect currency of every record. Report errors to info@olai.az.
6. Intellectual property
OLAI design, copy and software elements are protected. Personal informational links are allowed; bulk copying, automated extraction and commercial reuse require written permission.
7. Liability and disputes
Subject to mandatory law, users decide after reading the agreement. OLAI does not replace a financial organisation for its decisions or conduct. Send disputes first to info@olai.az; unresolved matters are governed by Azerbaijani law.
